Asaf David Fulks is a licensed California attorney (Bar #343622) based in the Inland Empire, bringing a distinctive blend of legal expertise and entrepreneurial experience to his practice. He represents clients in construction defect defense litigation, civil litigation, contract disputes, intellectual property matters, and wealth management strategies.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Asaf attended the Leelanau School in northern Michigan before graduating from Denison University with a B.A. in Computer Science in 2004. It was at Denison that he discovered his passion for music production, transforming his dorm room into a recording studio and attracting talent from the Columbus, Ohio area.

In 2005, Asaf moved to California and founded The OC Recording Company—an internationally recognized recording studio, record label, and audio school that he continues to operate. Over the past two decades, his production credits span platinum-selling artists, Grammy winners, major motion pictures, professional sports teams, and prominent public figures. He is a former Grammy voting member, the author of In the Studio with Asaf Fulks, and holds a U.S. patent for microphone technology along with federal trademark and copyright protections.

While building his entertainment business, Asaf pursued his dream of becoming a lawyer. He enrolled part-time at Taft Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2022 after passing the California Bar Exam, Baby Bar, and MPRE on his first attempts. He served as commencement speaker for his graduating class and currently sits on Taft Law School’s Advisory Board.

Asaf’s legal career includes defending General Motors in California lemon law litigation, managing plaintiff personal injury cases through trial preparation, and counseling clients on wealth transfer, estate planning, digital assets, and tax-advantaged investment strategies. His technical background in computer science enhances his proficiency with case management software and AI-powered legal research tools.
